To Add Fonts to a Group

  1. Click the Installed Fonts or Font Files tab in the main Printer's Apprentice window.
  2. If you are in the Font Files tab, use the folder tree to navigate to a folder containing font files. Printer's Apprentice will then read the fonts from the folder.

  3. Click the checkbox next to each font you want to add to the Font Group.

  4. Select Copy to Font Group or Move to Font Group from the toolbar.

  5. The Copy/Move To Font Group dialog box will open and list the fonts to be added to the group. Select the target group from the folder tree on the right.

  6. Click the Copy/Move Fonts button to continue. Printer's Apprentice will copy or move the fonts and display a confirmation message.


If you then click the Font Groups tab and navigate to the target Font Group, you will see that the fonts will have been copied or moved.
