Overview

The best way to look at your typefaces is on paper. Even at the high resolutions, computer monitors do not reveal the subtle characteristics of a typeface. If you want to look at your fonts closely, you should print font sample sheets or catalogs.

A font catalog prints many fonts on a single page. Each font is represented by one or more lines of sample text and information. A sample sheet prints one font per page. Each font is printed in a variety of sizes on the single page.

To print your fonts:

  1. Use the Font Location tabs and navigate to the Installed list or a folder of fonts to print.
  2. Select the fonts to print by clicking the checkbox next to each font. Or right click and click "Select All" from the context menu.
  3. Select Print from the File menu or click the Print toolbar button.
