Lose Your Mind Development
Statement on Year 2000 Compliance

March 11, 1999

Year 2000 compliance is defined as the ability to successfully and reliably process date relevant functions and data containing dates beyond December 31, 1999. Compliant software must contain no logical or arithmetic inconsistencies when processing dates beyond December 31, 1999 and must be able to store, display and process century information so as to eliminate date ambiguity.

Lose Your Mind Development has fully evaluated our flagship software product, Printer's Apprentice 6.5x and 7.0x to ensure Year 2000 compliance.

The primary function of Printer's Apprentice is to print and display TrueType and Postscript font files for management purposes. Our software does not store or process dates. Dates are printed on the bottom of reports.

Based on the our results of our internal testing, Lose Your Mind Development certifies that Printer's Apprentice 7.0 is Year 2000 compliant and will continue to perform and excel in the management of type faces.

In no event shall Bryan T. Kinkel, Suzanne W. Kinkel, Lose Your Mind Development or affiliated parties be liable for any damages arising from any use of Printer's Apprentice on individual machines or networks.

Questions regarding Printer's Apprentice 7.0 and Year 2000 compliance may be directed to helpdesk@loseyourmind.com.
